Zanesville, OH (August 6, 2024) – Authorities confirmed that 52-year-old Walter Dobbs of Zanesville, Ohio, was injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Monday morning, August 5.
According to local news sources, at around 12:30 a.m., Dobbs was riding a bicycle on East Main Street near Underwood Street.
