Cleveland, OH (February 29, 2024) – A motorcycle accident reported in the Cleveland area on Tuesday evening claimed one person’s life. The Cleveland Police Department and firefighters were called to the site of the accident at around 10:40 p.m. on February 27.
According to area law enforcement, a car and a motorcycle collided at the corner of West 52nd Street and Storer Avenue. The incident prompted the closure of the intersection as emergency crews tended to those involved. Two people in the car, identified as a 36-year-old man and a 22-year-old man, were both injured. EMS transported the two victims to area hospitals for medical care. The motorcyclist, a 35-year-old man, sustained fatal injuries. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. At this time, the Cleveland Police Department is looking into exactly what caused the accident.
