The incident was reported to the Cleveland Police Department at around 5:20 p.m.
According to area law enforcement reports, the driver of a white 2024 vehicle stated that he was driving eastbound on Interstate 90. As he changed lanes near 25th Street, the white vehicle crashed into the rear of a blue 2012 Ford Escape, which was now positioned in front of him. The driver of the Ford was hurt in the crash. The victim, identified as 18-year-old Deja Nicole Breech, was transported to MetroHealth Hospital for emergency care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
