Franklin Twp., OH (July 12, 2024) – A fatal motor vehicle accident reported on Tuesday claimed one man’s life. The incident took place on July 9 in Franklin Township.
Police reports show that a 1986 Pontiac Fiero and a Jeep collided on Amoy West Road. Authorities arrived at the scene and immediately closed down the roadway at the intersection of Bowman Street. One person involved in the accident, identified as 73-year-old Joseph Crose, was fatally injured in the accident. He was pronounced deceased while at the scene. At this time, the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating.
